Duty Cycle and Route Definition
Based of a Customer Vehicle Usage and Mileage Definition, we have a database of national and international roads and tracks to support a General Customer Duty Cycle definition.
These routes can be later used for RLD collection as well as extended durability sign-off.

Vehicle Instrumentation
We can prepare and instrument test vehicles for extensive durability testing. Our services can cover from design and manufacture wheel adaptors for instrumenting wheel force transducers (WFT) to setting up the data logger for collecting both analog transducer data and CAN data.

Virtual RLD
As part of our emphasis on virtual vehicle development we can generate and validate MBS models for virtual RLD analysis.

RLD Collection
As part of the durability attribute definition, we can obtain and analyse Road Load Data (RLD) from open roads, proving ground and race tracks.

Accelerated Durability Cycle Definition
As part of our services, we can define and generate accelerated durability cycles based on collected data through using a range of statistical methods to ensure damage equivalence between Customer Duty Cycle and Accelerate Durability Cycle.

Vehicle Testing
Test engineer support at vehicle level to track durability mileage, incident reporting, liaison with technical and driving support, data collection and durability analysis.

Rig Testing
We can support input drive file generation for indoor rig testing as well as data post-processing. These data can be derived from physical data or through simulation methods. We can support different types of rig test.

System and Component Loads Cascade
As part of the durability process, we cover System and Component loads cascade.
Through a combination of physical data and simulation, we are able to define input suspension, chassis and powertrain operational and dynamics loads that will feed into the structural analysis and component sizing.
